Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the butter or oil and let it melt and coat the bottom of the skillet.
  2. Crack the eggs into a small bowl, being careful not to break the yolks.
  3. Gently slide the eggs from the bowl into the skillet.
  4. Cook the eggs for about 2-3 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. You can cover the skillet with a lid to help cook the tops of the whites if needed.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
